2 pounds of cooked, peeled & deveined shrimp - chilled and ready to eat. Served with cocktail sauce.

Large platter of deli meats and cheeses for making sandwiches or just snacking. Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, cheese assortment, and a container of our house chicken salad. (Feeds 18-24)

Our house made chicken salad on snack size croissants. (12 servings per tray.)

30 subs (approx. 2" each). Half turkey & cheese, half ham & cheese dressed with lettuce and tomato. We can also put the vegetables on the side if you prefer.

1/2 Pinwheels and 1/2 Meat & Cheese snack tray.

An assortment of fresh vegetables or fruit (based on what's available and in season). Feeds 20-25 people.

12 Hawaiian sliders with ham & cheese, turkey & cheese, or combo - topped with our savory garlic & herb butter. These come in an aluminum pan, ready for you to pop in the oven for 15 minutes and serve.
